  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies to any returns.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@walkin-closet.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
  • Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not qualify for a return.

Please contact us before sending any returns to ensure proper tracking and processing. If items are returned without prior notification, they may not be processed correctly. For added security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to prevent any loss during transit.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t provide direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you can return the original purchase within 30 days. After your return is processed, feel free to place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned items, we will send a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed, which will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us at info@walkin-closet.com. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. If your order has already shipped, you may still return the items; however, return shipping fees will apply.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
